How BJJPro presents competition data
This page explains where the records on BJJPro come from and what they mean.
Source-backed records
When a record has a source, we show the source's name and link to it where it is public. A source says where a value came from; it is not an endorsement by that source or by the event organiser.
Publication and review
Only records marked as published in BJJPro appear in the public directories. Records can remain unavailable while they are being reviewed, corrected or otherwise not ready for publication.
Recorded, not complete career history
A profile and its match history show the records currently published in BJJPro. They do not claim to represent every competition an athlete, academy or event has ever had.
Corrections and provenance
A published record is looked at again when new information arrives or a correction is requested.
Report incorrect data
Use the correction request flow to identify a public athlete, academy, event or match record that needs review. Submitting a request does not immediately change the public record.
